Paul’s background includes over 25 years in the residential construction industry in both building and designing custom homes. He was the owner and operator of a residential design-build construction company for over 12 years. Throughout this time he gained extensive experience in residential design, estimating, project management, proper construction practices, sales and customer service. His company completed projects that included custom homes, additions, kitchen and bath remodels and decks. He would typically take his clients from design all the way through to completed construction.

After selling his company in 2012, he worked for a large production home builder. He worked in the engineering department where he produced plans that were code compliant in four states. He also used CAD software to create 3-D renderings of the model homes to be used in advertising literature and websites. Paul has also done work as a subcontractor for other large builders where his responsibilities included the development and standardization of all home models offered.

Paul moved to the area from South Central Pennsylvania in 2017 and has worked as the superintendent for The Coastal Cottage Company since his arrival. He is responsible for all out of office construction management. He works closely with our dedicated subcontractor base and vendors to ensure all work is done correctly, on schedule and to the highest standards of construction. Paul is known for his attention to detail, which can be seen in our beautiful homes.
